We had an issue with the older Actron Air ducted air conditioner where multiple parts were failing and pricing to repair would outweight the cost of a new unit. The new Fujitsu unit was physically half the size of the Actron which allowed a lot more space. The control system installed was an Advantage Air Ezone tablet which allows full control from your phone/tablet via wifi and percentage control of airflow per zone. This gives greater control of temperature between rooms
